I do my best thinking by talking and reflecting. This preference, coupled with my 15+ years of professional experience, tells me that having better quality conversations and giving yourself the time to think, are the keys to understanding yourself and others better, and to unlocking untapped potential in yourself and in your key relationships.

I have been coaching clients, from senior executives to front line staff, for close to a decade. London based, and having worked with clients from around the world and a multitude of backgrounds, I draw on  my 12 years’ experience of being an organisational development and management consultant to help you think differently about your challenges.
